It was 7am, near Nyack, NY - I was supposed to be at an all day meeting but the mist on this snowy lake was too beautiful to resist. I parked, took the pictures, and I wasn't even that late for the meeting! So the thought for the day is along the lines of, stop and smell the flowers, look at the lemons growing, the kids kicking the ball around, the lovers holding hands. It's easy to do - to find beauty and poetry everywhere you go and especially at home -- and if you can't find some, well then, paint some, write some, cook some or play some!.
